Current Obsession

April 11, 2016

I've been (overly) preparing for my first multi day hike, which has led to a surprising self revelation. As much as I enjoy relaxing in my downtime, there's nothing like a great morning hike to clear your head. It offers the perfect time to reflect and catch your breath from the daily grind of work projects and other life responsibilities. I don't always take a camera with me, but it is fun to work out a new pack, taking minimal gear that won't get in the way of the experience, and still being able to capture the beauty.
