Roll 1037

March 03, 2017

This month was filled with clearing out some half used rolls in random cameras, before finishing with a roll of Illford Delta 3200 within the matter of a couple hours. I decided to take the metro downtown with my Yashica-12 and wander around with street photography in mind. Worried that I would only come back with a few images, or worse, just a bunch of pictures looking up at buildings, I was pleasantly surprised. Photographing people candidly was far less stressful than I had imagined. Walking around, constantly searching for a shot was reminiscent of an early film class, while applying the patience of a seasoned shooter at the same time. It's definitely a genre that I'd like to explore more in my free time.
